Licence

A CFMP license price is a rental price for the currently available version of CFMP. The CFMP license gives you the right to use a fully functional version of CFMP. You need a mandatory service and support plan for special configurations and new features.

{privatescope} offers a standardized “out of box” CFMP pilot installation as a “30-day trial”. A CFMP pilot includes a full version of the software, but without any customizations.
Only Apple's AppStore and Google's Play Store are connected as feedback channels.

Service and Support 

To provide its customers with the most efficient and flexible use of CFMP, {privatescope} offers two different service and support plans: Standard and Premium. A CFMP standard plan includes:

• End user training
• Service hotline and ticketing
• CFMP administration
• Security patches
• An annual CFMP upgrade
• Monitoring and reporting

Premium support

CFMP Premium Service and Support include all the benefits of the CFMP Standard plan and more:
• CFMP branding
• VM/Server maintenance
• Data migration
• Feature requests
• Designated Account Manager
This premium service and support are excluded during the “30-day trial” period.
