CFMP pricing information
Licence
The price of a CFMP license is the rental price for the currently available version of CFMP. A CFMP license entitles you to use a fully functional version of CFMP. A mandatory service and support plan is required for special configurations and new features.
{privatescope} offers a standardized "out-of-box" CFMP pilot installation as a "30-day trial."
A CFMP pilot includes a full version of the software without customizations.
Only Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store are connected as feedback channels.
Service and Support
To help its customers make the most efficient and flexible use of CFMP, {privatescope} offers two service and support plans: Standard and Premium. The CFMP Standard plan includes:
• CFMP configuration
• CFMP deployment
• Generation of machine learning (ML) models
• End user training
• A service hotline and ticketing system
• CFMP administration
• Security patches
• Annual CFMP upgrades
• Monitoring and reporting
Premium support
The CFMP Premium Service and Support plan includes all the benefits of the CFMP Standard plan and more:
• CFMP branding
• VM/server maintenance
• Data migration
• Feature requests
• A designated account manager
These premium services are excluded during the “30-day trial” period.
